Offensive message

It's been one of them days! Random message from an ebay account - Yes I have reported the message and blocked them for homophobic comments - All because its a pink PlayStation! 

Personally I wouldn't want anyone to receive messages like this in 2025! 

Is there anyway to go any further to get Ebay to step in and block his account?

The best you can do is report the member, and add them to your own blocked bidder list,so they can't bid or buy from you,as ebay won't take action on there account unless there have been many reports of the same, https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
