I informed eBay that they were selling fake goods due to the omission of the brand logo on the product label. The listing came as Nutri paw products but the labels did not match. I informed NutriPaw and they said that the product was fake. This was conveyed to eBay but they have not agreed with me. I brought one and it made my dog ill. There are so many that look now like fake but eBay will not do anything about it. I’m going to trading standards to get the tablets anaylsied. Is there no way of getting the decision revoked. I have already appealed but they still refuse to budge. can anyone help me please. My dog weighs over 60k and it was recommended to give him 5 a day. He is now covered in sores.
