Notification of purchase emails

Good morning,

I don't seem to be receiving any e-mail communications from EBay following a purchase? I have checked my spam folder, and Ebay settings, and all is working here. Any thoughts?

Did you buy the item on ebay as a guest,if yes did you tick the email option to receive emails.

I was signed into my account (as a buyer). The emails have suddenly stopped, and I can't figure out why. Following a purchase, no emails are coming into my Outlook account. I've checked the spam filter, etc but no luck

Try the repair option here, Fix your Outlook email connection by repairing your profile - Microsoft Support

There's nothing wrong with the Outlook connection; other emails are coming through fine.
