I had to refund an item that Evri failed to deliver. Is there anything I can do to recover the cost of the item I sent?

Thanks for answering my question. Unfortunately my buyer did not open a “not received” case, they asked me for a refund which I gave them. So I lost my item and the money. I know what to do next time though.

If you used Simple Delivery ebay should have refunded the buyer when they opened a "not received" case, and you keep the payment. If that didn't happn contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:
