Hi - I've put an item up for sale recently and didn't want to sell it outside of UK to avoid issues with postage etc. There used to be a flag you could turn on to say you wouldn't sell outside of UK but this doesn't seem to exist any more. I didn't switch on the Sell Internationally flag so I thought this would cover this however I can now seem a bidder from Germany has the leading bid at present. Besides not wanting to have the hassle of sending to Europe, the postage fee I put on wont cover this. It may be that he wont win the auction but does anyone have any suggrestions how I can sort this out now. Rgds and Thanks

Block any countries or regions that you don't want to ship to here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
Set your Buyer Requirements with this page, tick the box that says 'Block buyers whose primary delivery address is in a location I don't post to, then the box that says 'Apply above settings to active and future listings', then click on the tiny Submit link, bottom left of this page:
https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
Once you've done that, if there's no postage price and method to their country, it blocks bidders.
This will only be applied to any fixed price Buy It Now listings you have up and running, it will not be applied to Auction style listings that are currently live, only to future ones.
You can cancel the bid from the German bidder here:

Use HELP AND CONTACT at top of most pages and enter the subject.
Unless you quote overseas postage, no one outside the UK can pay, so cannot complete purchase, and they cannot just pay your UK postage charge.
