Non payment of items

Hi there

I listed an item where the buyer didn't pay.  I relisted the same item and again it sold but the but no payment.  I checked their details afterwards and ut appears they'd only been on ebay for a few days.  Is there anything I can do as its taking the micky now

1. You cancel sale after 4 days using reason Non Payment. Gives buyer an unpaid strike and no feedback can be left.

2. Set your preferences to block any member with two or  more unpaid strikes.
