Non delivery of item

Hi.  I purchased an item as a guest on eBay before signing up for an account.  How can i get eBay to assist as a guest as my purchase does not show in my order history.  Have reached out to buyer, had some responses but communications have stopped since I asked for a refund.  Thank you.

I think you mean you reached out to the seller?

With a Guest Purchase, nothing will show in your eBay account,  because it wasn't used for the purchase.
