No tracking updates, seller not responding

How do I get out of the automated loop and contact eBay to inform them that the seller is not responding to my messages, and tracking has not been updated by them or eBay for over 2 weeks.  I keep being told to contact the seller.  I have made numerous attempts.  It’s useless.

HAve you opened a case for non delivery with eBay?

If so return to the case Case and Respond to Case and Escalate this can be done 3 days after opening

If not open one now.

I cannot.  I am just sent around in circles, and told to contact the seller.  I cannot even get hold of a chat bot or live chat

You may be trying to early,once the estimated delivery date has passed you should be able to open a case by going to More Actions beside the item in your Purchases and selecting I didn't receive it.

Good advice has already been given.  Two things to check:

Have you tried to open the right sort of case?  It does sometimes happen that people click 'I want to return this item' rather than 'I have not received my item'.

And, check the email you recieved when you paid for your item.  There will be a short range of estimated delivery dates in that email.

As advised, you can't start a case until one day after the LATEST estimated delivery date.  So, what is the latest date Ebay gave you in that email?
