No returns label is provided from seller

I bought a black pair of shoes. When they came, they was brown. I'm wanting to return them, and the seller won't send me a returns label. What are my options.

No returns label is provided from seller

Have you opened a case for item not as described?  If not do so now,  and this gives the seller 3 days to send you a return tracked label.

If one is not sent just escalate the case on day 4 and eBay will force the refund without you needing to return the shoes.

Adding to the advice already given -

In the end you might have to contact eBay for further assistance as your seller is registered in China and the goods were located in Switzerland.

No returns label is provided from seller

We had advice some while ago from eBay on potential returns to foreign parts.

Their advice is that the system is just the same as UK.

Open a "not as described case".  Seller may claim unable to provide a label.  That is his problem!

After 3 full business days simply escalate the case to eBay for a refund.

Anything further is between seller and eBay.   @shaaz8
