Hi - I have been refunded for an item, but I have not received a return label. The seller can't see how to send one either. Can anyone offer any help? The automated 'help' on here is absolutely useless - it just sees the return as complete and can't go any further. Thanks in advance.
When a seller issues refund before item has been returned ebay assume they don't want it back so you can't get a label via ebay. The seller can buy postage online and send you the QR code to take to the post office.
