Resending an offer

How do I resend an offer to someone who was too slow in replying when I sent it the first time?

Have they sent a message to explain they were too late to accept?

Then, click on their highlighted user ID, and top right >>  Contact Member.

You can send a message for them to send in their offer again,  and you will accept.  The offer can only be sent on items which still show no bids.

If you mean you sent an offer to a buyer, having been told by ebay you could make an offer, then once expired you cannot send again. If you sent you do not know who received the offer, but if you have best offer on your listing “buyer” can make an offer themselves.

If you mean you MADE AN OFFER on another members item, you can make up to 3 offers so make another.
