The seller i am dealing with is highly frustrating. I have asked to return an item 2 weeks ago. They have not provided a correct address, just an incredibly long, incoherent address that even google maps cannot find.
There appears to be no way of getting ebay to step in, as I have an active return, however the deadline to send back is today and I am still getting nonsense replies from the seller. Please help! I am on the verge of contacting my bank for help getting a charge back.

Contact eBay Customer Services see if they can provide the correct return addressed label, if not, then yes turn to make a chargeback for the item with your bank.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

It's impossible to give you proper advice when you give us so little information.
When and how did you pay for this item, what's the reason for returning it, and have you followed eBay's appropriate procedure to request a return (or open a money back guarantee case if faulty/not as described)?
Is this a business seller, or a private seller? In the UK, or abroad? If it's a change of mind return, does the seller accept returns?
Your rights depend upon all of the above. So does whether you can ask your bank for a chargeback (for example, you can't always chargeback for change of mind returns).
