I ordered a school bag for my son for christmas on 21 Nov. He used it yesterday first day back at school and it broke the zip completely come apart on his first day! I raised a return request and they have closed it declined any return.
I messaged the help asst on ebay and it said the request has been closed it and thats it ... how can that be fair that you buy a bag and it brakes on first use and I'm not entitled to return it ? Its clearly faulty ...

Once you bought the bag you only had 30 days to raise a case of not as described/faulty,so as you saved it for Xmas etc,you will have exceeded the time frame to open a case,hence you were declined a return.

That's not very good everyone else gives longer dates over christmas and its faulty so should last longer than 30 days or not fit for purpose surely !

All venues and shops have different return dates.
This is ebay's..
However,you can always contact your payment provider for help in recovering your money.
