No refund for item not deliverd

I baught an item in 2023 its not delivered i dont check ebay often its now too late to for ebay to do anything. 

I don't know why they don't have an actual customer service email or phone number for things like this

They do have a customer service department but they can't help with your issue.  The money back guarantee lasts for 30 days after expected delivery. 

As the seller says, you have left it far too late.
