No postage sticker

Seller purchased an item it won't give me a postage sticker as is saying the address has something missing,the buyer has sent me her address but Im sure I wo t get payment as the delivery won't be registered with ebay

Have you checked for yourself that the address and post code match and are accepted.

Is the post code correct and not using for example 0 number instead of O letter or vice versa.
