No photos

Hi, I can't view photos of  items for sale on my Samsung android phone despite reinstalling the latest version?

It is a known issues some are experiencing, but our Community Managers are asking those facing this, if using the app , has the latest app version been downloaded, which is 6.192.03 

If this doesn't help I will tag our community managers to see if they can shed some light on this,  if  it is still an issue,  eBay are aware,  and  if there is any news for a fix.

I do not use the app but a laptop and Chrome,  if you're still stuck switch to that combo if you can.  It's all good there .....  so far !

Hi @capeb3 ,

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.

It's so annoying that I have to purchase a new phone just to use certain
Apps.
Lidl is the same I now can't use that to get offers etc either.
