No option to add Paypal

UK Member for many years, I used to use Amex for payments, this has unfortunately been discontinued, looking to add PayPal as a payment method, as recommended in help, in Payment add cards or accounts, click 'For checkout' - as i am looking to add payment method for when i checkout?

This only opens a dialogue for cards NOT Paypal style accounts? Any thoughts/help?

Paypal has always been available at checkout, you do not have to add it, it is already there. It is not a card of some sort.
