No longer able to promote listings

I am suddenly unable to promote my listings.

Why is this please?

Have you looked at the T&C's of the promote process.

You have over 100 listings,so if they don't sell first time round,your not eligible for any new promotions,and can not relist,and that applies if you don't reach the 100 limit
