No delivery

eBay just resolved a problem with no delivery from a seller, I am receiving a refund now after contacting eBay, do I leave a negative review on the feedback? Thanks

No delivery

What was the reason for the non delivery?  If it was a matter of Royal Mail or the courier losing the item, then leaving a negative would be very unfair, this was out of the seller's hands.

 

Feedback is voluntrary you do not have to leave any.  You cannot mention cases or refunds,  so if the above is the case here,  leave no feedback.

 

Did the seller cancel the order without your consent?  Then, you can leave appropriate feedback if you wish.  Soemthing like .....  Disappointed the seller did not complete the transaction.  Again don't mention anything about a case or refund this breaks feedback rules , and  it can be removed.

No delivery

The seller was not replying to questions about delivery, was a 2 day delivery, I waited 4...contacted him on the Friday, their reply was "you might have it the weekend and check your tracking".....tracking had not even started on the item, I told them this and their reply ".  the item was broke ...should be next week now, eBay contacted them about delivery and the couldn't provide proof that they had sent it so eBay gave them a date to be delivered by...they missed that date again so eBay stepped in and I had a refund.....now, today I've just had a message my item is ready to collect at local shop....what happens now, thanks

a pity you did not heed @tressygirl  advice as the neg you left can be removed if the seller asks eBay because you said    "had to get eBay to sort a refund".

Now you have to arrange with seller  a means of paying again, as there is no way through ebay. Paypal or Bank Transfer have to be used.

 

It does not pay being too hasty when item does not arrive on time, allowing a few days before involving ebay can save this sort of problem.

 

Because ebay had to refund, the seller gets a defect and still pays selling fee, which so long as you repay him, does not lose him any money.

Hello, the delivery was supposed to be 2/3 days...ordered Tuesday 17Sept and delivered by Friday 20th Sept.....on that Friday I asked about delivery cos there was no tracking activated, their reply was it might come the weekend and check your tracking....there was no tracking..if not I'll sort it Monday cos we don't work weekends.....come Monday afternoon no delivery so I send a message ....his reply was "the item is broken so i got some more coming in next week.....so that meant the 3 day delivery was at the least 13 days and that's why I asked eBay to sort it out....they asked him on the 27th Sept for proof of delivery and he couldn't provide any.....and now the 29thSept its ready for pickup.....so only when ebay got involved he did something.....so I wasn't being hasty at all...a 3 day delivery and I allowed them 10 days and it came in 12 days.....the seller couldn't be asked to reply half the time.

It's a pity the seller didn't reply to my messages and making excuses 3 days turned into 12 days and the item fits in an envelope
