No confirmation of collection code

The buyer has sent a courier to collect the item but not provided a confirmation of collection code so the payment cant be released. What can I do?

Let your buyer know that you're unable to release the item to the courier without the code.

Unfortunately the courier has already collected the item. I was not with
the item at the time of collection.

Send the buyer a message to send you that code.  You can manually enter the numbers in the order details to the left of ....confirm collection.

If they don't reply , your payout will be held for 14 days before release.
