No Purchase History

I bought a bicycle and it hasn’t appeared in my purchase history.  I want to leave feedback as it was a good purchase.  I’ve tried following the link to give feedback in the email confirming my collection but it doesn’t  link to anything.  Any ideas?

If you bought as a guest then it does not appear in your purchase history and you cannot leave feedback.
