If you want to explain what you were trying to ask customer support, unless it's a personal account matter try asking here instead.

As suggested best to ask here, many very experienced members happy to help you,  but if it is something only Customer Service can answer , for example, needing access to your account then this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for your message and advice.
I'm sure there are many very experienced members happy to help, but it is still a cop-out for eBay getting their own unpaid customers/users to answer questions that paid customer service staff should be answering. Like many other corporate companies, eBay is abusing their community's willingness to help whilst increasing their profits.
