This is not Ebay but a community support forum - On your order there is an estimated delivery date, if post that date and you havent received your trainers then you can open a case which gives the seller 4 days to respond, hopefully with an update or tracking number, if after 4 days you havent received your item you can ask ebay to step in for a refund.
