Hi, Ive noticed that im not receiving any automatic feedback and there is no box to tick to show the automatic feedback, do i need to enable it somewhere in settings maybe. Any suggestions appreciated. regards maria
As you are a buyer, it is up to seller whether they leave feedback. Automatic feedback can be set to be left as soon as BUYER leaves for seller, but is not used by all sellers.
Hi thanks for replying, i am a seller and i have sold a few things over 7 days ago and i havent received the automatic feedback like i do on my other account and there is also no (show automatic feedback box for me to tick) not sure why its different to my other account.
