If eBay think this is a step forward for private sellers, you are in cloud cuckoo land.

It will take evan longer to be paid !

Try buying something from someone like Ikea and and expecting them to only receive their payment

on comformation of delivery, its absurd. Also, who ends up with the buyers fee that you will be taking from their

payment ?

To be fair,online shopping orders with supermarkets deliveries, payments show pending and only take your money when they have arrived and delivered your goods!

Nothing new really,it's just the time it takes for private sellers to get paid on ebay,as there reliant on postal services.
