Private eBay sellers are required to use the simple delivery labels provided by eBay
As you have purchased your own this will be at your expense and the buyer will be refunded the cost of the original unused label.
To receive your payment you have to change the tracking number to yours,to do this go to More Actions or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > click dropdown arrow and change the number using a desktop browser
If you cannot change the tracking your payment will be held for a minimum 14 days.
