New payment system

I don’t agree with this new payment system being introduced in February. It seems if we send by second  class post we will have to wait 14 days for payment. If we post by tracked method it’s 2 days . Why do we have to incur extra costs on tracked items to get our sellers fees in 2 days . We the seller will have to either pay the extra or pass on to the buyer. It puts you off selling on eBay . I for I may look for another sight to sell on.   EBay keeping our money for 14 days must accumulate a lot of interest into there bank accounts. What do others think?

There are literally hundreds of posts about this on the main seller boards, have a look at those for people's thoughts.

One thing you will see from those threads is that these new rules do not affect business accounts, i.e those used to sell items that were bought or made for the purpose of selling.
