New Issue with the Payments to Sellers

So, my saga continues.   My buyer has finally got their item, and left feedback, however because the item went to a Post Office collection point, the status is left as Pending on RM systems - even though there is a delivery signature from the postmaster in the record.  Ebay can't see this though, so the payment remains on hold.

 

It's absolutely scandalous that even using a premium tracked service, sellers are left waiting for their funds - there is nothing else we can do as our buyer has the item, is happy with the item and are using the item.  I don't offer credit facilities, so what the hell can we do?

 

edit-chat with customer services and they are releasing the money manually, also after some probing, said this:  

"I totally understand your concern here at the moment due to courier sites changing few things on their websites has affected the API's on our system and due to this an issue is appearing about tracking details.

We do not wish for such experience for our sellers. Our technical team is working to resolve this on priority."

This really is the last straw for me.  Surely Ebay need to remove this ridiculous hurdle for sellers.

Ebay have been made aware of tracking issues and many like Royal mail are not always updating delivery details,BUT ebay CS are pretty good at releasing the funds if there is evidence of items being recorded as pending/delivered on a postal website.

Ebay are trying to patch there own tracking details as we speak.
