New Device Sign-in Notification

I received a notification that someone had signed in on a new device at a location of North Fambridge Essex. I live in North Yorkshire! The time shown was me on my new iMac so why is this incorrect information sent by eBay?

We all get these messages. 

Location is where your ISP is.

As long as you happy it was you logged in at the time, no worries.
