Never received item and was told id only receive 20% refund

I purchased a Taylor Swift back, it never arrived. The status just stayed the same for over a week. I contacted the seller, I was told to wait a little longer and to be patient.

A week on, the status was still the same. I contacted the seller only to be told how about

1. Keep the item when it arrives or gift it to someone.

2. We will give you 20% (£3.75) back as a good will gesture!

So basically I'd not received the item and I wasn't getting my full refund! Er I do not think so. I reported the seller to Ebay. We need to take these people down. They can't get away with taking money, not sending the goods and insulting us in the process.

You are guaranteed a full refund undder eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee for an item not received, if the seller does not have tracking to prove delivery.

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery then message the seller no more or listen to their excuses,  but proceed this way.

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
