Nobody has reported that issue...... yet!
However, it's not uncommon to see that message and especially it seems early in the mornings here in the UK, where it's still early hours of the morning and now still very late hours of yesterday in eBay HQ, California the time they often start tweaking systems, sending it a little awry here.
As the message states, try again a little later , hopefully it will all be back to norm for you.
