If you break feedback rules, the seller can ask for the feedback to be removed.
If you mention anything about a refund, a case, a fake item, or any eBay involvement then the seller can ask, and the feedback could be removed.

If that above statement in post 3 is what you put, it would have been removed you are not allowed to mention ebay refunding etc. That is grounds to get it removed.

Negative feedback can be left but with careful wording.
Stating something like..... Disappointed item received was not as described, would have been sufficient and stayed.

Did you use the Money Back Guarantee to get a refund, and open a Not as described case. That is correct procedure. It works out expensive for seller and teaches them to be more careful in the future.
Feedback if negative should be kept brief and just say “unsatisfactory transaction” and mark down star ratings, says it all and will not be removed.
