Never ever rely on AI and if you do you are responsible.

As your description says "Perfect for hosting gatherings"  in a gazebo less than 10' square.

Re: Negative feedback

Nothing in comment that ebay would accept for removal.

You should have asked seller to open a not as described case, and on return refunded. It is never wise to refuse a refund  as this is what happens, negative feedback.

Reducing the price has no bearing on the condition, and you are warned to check an AI description, as only you the seller knows if the description is accurate or not. Seller is still responsible for listing, best NEVER to rely on AI.

Re: Negative feedback

YOur only other option is to send the buyer a feedback revision request, but reading their feedback that may be a futile exercise.

eBay probably didn't even read your description. The picture forms part of the description, so if the gazebo collapsed on assembly it was not as described. End of story.

All you had to do was to ask the buyer to open a case and return it for a refund, as eBay requires. You couldn't dispute their account as you had never asembled the gazebo yourself anyway.

If your response was that it was sold at a reduced price, and to refuse a refund, I'm afraid you can't be surprised that the buyer left a neg. Or that eBay won't remove it.
