Need a return label item

Purchased an item that the advert said brand new and sealed clearly wasn’t and smelt of smoke contacted seller then they sed sorry forgot to update ad then said they’d opened it for a Client I asked for a refund they said partial refund of £20 I said £25 they agreed then msg hahah no way just return the watch I was given a full refund I said I need you to send me a return label as not as described they replied I don’t know. Then few days later sent msg asking if I sent it back I said I can’t as still waiting for return label as I don’t kno where to send it.I need to get a return label off the seller and can’t seem to contact eBay to step in as says case closed as got refund

When a refund is issued before the item has been returned ebay assume it is not being sent back and the seller can't send a label via ebay.   They can still send you a label direct from a courier's website.   The refund cannot be reversed.

I’ve asked the seller I get ignored don’t think they know what thee doing would eBay step. In and contact the seller I’ve wrapped it all up ready to send back and don’t have crystal ball neither as to where I need to send it

ebay won't do anything because as far as they are concerned you don't have to send it back.  If the seller wants it back they have to supply you with a paid-for postage label upfront.

Thank you don’t want them to think I’ve stolen it but if they won’t send me a label and they haven’t sent there details no way of me knowing where to send it
