Need Help – eBay Selling Account Permanently Restricted Without Warning

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to the community for help or guidance regarding my situation.

Our business account (Freshora Ltd) was recently permanently restricted from selling on eBay. The notification mentioned that it was due to activity that "may pose a risk to the eBay community," but we were not given any clear reason or warning beforehand. It seems the restriction might have been automatically applied by the system.

We’ve always followed eBay’s policies and worked hard to build a trustworthy seller profile. This has come as a complete surprise to us.

I have already sent an appeal to eBay requesting a manual review, but in the meantime, I would really appreciate it if anyone in the community has experienced something similar — and if so, how you managed to resolve it.

If any eBay community member or moderator can guide or assist in any way, I would be truly grateful.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,

I don't think anybody in this member to member forum can give you advice that you want to hear.

From previous posts several things are clear.

A permanent restriction means just that - there is no way back from it.

Ebay staff (Customer Services) will not discuss the restriction with you and will not give you reasons that explain any more than what you have been told in your email.

There is no way to appeal the restriction.
