NEED HELP speaking to ebay bought item for callection but seller never responds , tried many times but seller never responds , asked seller to cancel and refund but seller has never responded , contacted ebay , they say its to late to cancel and that seller wont cancel   but i know thats a lie becopuse seller responds to mesages , ebay dont want to talk to me only auto bot talk that takes you around in cicles deliberatly , this is all a huge scam , the seller can never get  paid  becouse i can never callect the pc and give the seller the coee to get paid , it seems the seller has loaded a script   on the listing , when i click it , it want me to log into ebay , which i wont becouse i think its a trick to loginto my acccount  to get my calection code , all this time ebay will not talk to me , just auto bots making me chase a tail like a dog , what acn be done about this ? it makes feel like never to use ebay again ever ! ... can some one heklp me ?

It's not a scam,  because the seller cannot be paid without scanning your collection code, which you only hand over on collection.

It's not possible to know why the seller isn't responding to agree to a collection date.  Could be personal reasons,  an emergency or just plain bad selling.

Whatever the reason after 7 days just proceed this way....

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

The seller will be paid without the collection code, but you can get a refund if you open a case for item not received.

The time frame for a case isn't clear for a collection item, it might run for 30 days from payment.
