I've just had this unique problem I don't know if anyone else has. I sold an item in the UK to a UK address, been paid the normal UK postage. But the buyer has shown me evidence that he is from Austria and has paid a substantial amount of postage. But it's not showing up on my payment details. What to do? We're both confused at this.

Was the item you sent the item too in Litchfield by any chance? It sounds as though your buyer bought the item through GSP. In which case as the seller you only send and pay the uk portion of postage. Once the item is received there it is then re-packed and forwarded on, in this case to Austria.
As long as you uploaded the tracking on the item and you have proof of delivery at GSP (if this is the case) then you need to do no more.

yes send to Litchfield, ensure you upload the tracking details on the item, and once delivered there you get your funds released.
My apologies i thought you had already sent the item. GSP will take care of the customs paperwork and repacking, which is why in part your buyer will have paid a hefty premium.
Ensure you put the reference code number on as part of the address. This is essential so they trace the order if you will.
