My refund not refunded until now

My two dumbells are cancelled from August 3 2025 but my refund is until now not refunded, please give me an action to this

Did you receive an eBay message that a cancellation and refund was made?

Once eBay notify you the refund is made,  being processed,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.

If you have not had an email from Ebay saying that the sale was cancelled and your refund is being processed, then you will need to open a case saying you have not received your item.

It may be that the seller didn't properly accept your cancellation and did not start the refund process.

Find the email from Ebay confirming the cancellation and refund or open a case.
