My personal account has not yet changed to business

I have subscribed to a basic shop subscription of £19.99 per month, i did this over 24 hours ago. Now i have received the extra 100 listings on top of my 300 i used to get anyway. But when checking my listings I'm still shown as a personal account and not a business, and its still showing the buyer protection fees being charged to the buyer, even though that shouldn't be the case anymore as with a business account buyer protection fees are not charged. Why hasn't it changed to a business account? I had the email saying congratulations you now have a basic shop account.

Private sellers can have a shop.  It is up to you to change to a Business Seller.

Why do you want a business account?It looks like you are selling your own personal items.

Once you change to a business account you cannot change back to a personal account,the basic shop for businesses is £27 +VAT(£32.40) every month.
