My order says collected but dhl haven’t been

DHL have not collected my item but eBay say that it has been collected dhl should of collected today but haven’t, can’t seem to speak or live chat to either company no idea what to do

Try ringing DHL Customer Service on 0344 248 0012.    eBay labels say dispatched as soon as you print them.

If no luck there you might have to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders list),   and relist for the buyer to buy again so you can start the process again.

As in send a refund? as I can’t cancel the order as apparently it has been dispatched but it’s still sat in my kitchen 🤦🏻‍♂️
