My item has not been delivered to me but Royal Mail says DELIVERED so they will not investigate. I have tried to contact eBay but their virtual support say it's been delivered. I have contacted the seller a few times but he won't help me

Once shown as delivered, ebay accepts that but how did you contact RM.

It would  be your local delivery office from which delivery would be made and they should know who delivered and possibly supply more information.

Unless left securely it is becoming all to common for items left on doorsteps being stolen, but tracking proving delivery gets marked.
