Re you sure you did not buy without logging in which case you bought as a guest and eould have received an email from ebay in confirmation, and in that case you open a notvas described case through links in email.
Problems must be dealt with through a case, you do not contact seller direct.

If you logged in via Google or similar you may have created another account without realising. If so log out, clear cookies and log into the other account.
The other possibility is you bought the item while logged out and you would be classed as a guest buyer. If so here is how you check:
There is a third option which is the seller has been suspended by ebay and the item removed. If that's happened you would have to contact your payment provider about a refund.
