Is anybody else getting annoyed with eBay at the moment I have had items returned that should never be returned I had a pair stockings eBay let her return she sent a photo of there wearing them saying she did not like them on just had a another Muppet is returning a doll that as a mark on it that's was not in the photo because it was no there when I sent it so she gets her money back and I have to pay the postage

As a business, you have to accept all returns. 

If buyers claim change of mind, they pay return postage. 

Unfortunately some will claim not as described so you have provide returns label. 

You can try reporting buyers, but ebay seldom do anything.

Yes there only do this because there know the cost sometimes is not worth the return so there get it for nothing at all
