Not received item

I ordered a item. The evri service said it was damaged.  Sell adbised that he is getti g send back to him . Seller asked if i wanted a refund. I advised that when hes recieved and its not damaged i woild like it.  Since thwn no contact from anyone

You should open an 'item not received' case.

You only have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to do so.

Follow the process and the seller will have to give you a full refund.

If the seller sends you the item again, and you receive it and are happy with it, you can go back to the case and close it.

But, do open a case and don't close it until/unless you get the item you paid for in good condition.
