Multiple items delivered on 1st November at 1:08pm to the wrong location

Help! Evri delivered over 20 plus items that I had purchased from scope on 1st November at1:08pm to the wrong location. I cannot get any help. I have not been contacted, after trying every single day since this happened. What do I need to do? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Regards Sarah

Are these 20 items in the same order and package?

Presumably Evri's tracking has updated to show as delivered?

Who or what is scope? Are we talking about an eBay purchase or purchases here?

eBay's money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date. So if bought on eBay, it may aleady too late to open a case, but if there's still time you need to do so very urgently.

If you paid by PayPal,their buyer protection for undelivered items lasts longer, for I think still 180 days. Or if by credit or debit card, your card issuer may be able to help.
