Multi-buy for 5 or more

I am a business seller with a Basic Shop. I have multi buy offers on most of my listings but can only seem to set it for up to ‘Buy 4 or more’. I have seen other sellers have Buy 5, 6 etc in their Multi-buy Offers but I just cannot see how to do that! I have also looked in Marketing - Create Discount - Mulit-buy but it still only shows up to a multi-buy of 4 and nowhere to choose buy 5, 6 etc

Can you share your listing number example where it is limiting the multi by discount to 4 or more?

It is all of them - attached is a screenshot of just the 4 options that I get when creating the Multi-buy within the listings. Also in the attachment is a screenshot of what is available in the Marketing - Discounts - Multi-Buy.

I have noticed that a lot of attachments we are not able to open on other threads.

4 seems to be the general limit that can be set up for multi buy.  Can you share an example of a listing where they have the multi buy limit at 5/6 and I can look into it further?
