How do you get eBay to give more realistic delivery dates. We despatch via Royal Mail 2nd class and since they changed to only delivering every other day it’s taking approximately a week to get to the customer as standard. This breaches eBay estimated delivery date and the customers are constantly opening ‘not received requests’ and giving negative feedback because it’s not arrived on time. It’s on its way but there is no patience on eBay they don’t want to hear the real reason they think you are fobbing them off. Anyone know how can we solve this without changing to first class and increasing our prices?
