Moved to France but postage options still show UK

So we moved to France. We can change the shipping details but when I try and sell something all the postage options are UK companies such as Royal Mail and Evri.   How can we change this.  Very reluctant to open a French ebay account because we have great feedback on the current one.   So basically it allows me to change all the details to France but I can only post in the UK

That's because your account is registered in the UK,  and you cannot manually yourself, change countries.

If you are now living in France permanently, you'll need to open a new account in France,  then everything will show in the correct currency.  You'll need to use another email address .

If in France now and wish to do this,  log out of this UK site and log into your homesite which is now...

Open a new account from there.

Hi.

I thought this would be the case so we have opened a french account. Pretty frustrating really as we loose our rating and have to start from scratch.

Also why does eBay allow you to change all the settings for example dispatch address and make our French address the primary address.telephone number etc but still keep the British pound . This makes no sense.

Thanks for the reply though. Its been driving us nuts trying to resolve it.
