Please I would like some advice. I bought a saddle with 'buyer protection'. It never arrived, I contacted the seller, no response, no tracking, nothing, so I bought another one as I had to have it by the weekend. I thought I would get my money back straight away as it was well past the delivery date. However ebay keep giving the seller more 'time to respond'. First they said 3 days which ended tomorrow. Now I have checked and they have said until the 29th! I now have to wait until the 29th to 'ask ebay to step in' even though 'buyer protection' states I can get my money back if my item doesn't arrive which it hasn't! I'm so scared the seller will now decide to send it even though I don't want it now. I can't afford to lose the money. Any advice would be appreciated.
