Have you fully registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  Has eBay sent you 2 micro deposits to that bank account for you to confirm back to eBay?

If not, contact Customer Services  to send 2 more.  They do not appear instantly,  and are small, easily missed only a few pence each,  you need to check your bank account regularly,  they do suddenly appear.  Mine took 5 days to appear.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This looks like your first ever sale - a mobile phone for £1000.

As a new seller, your payment will probably be subject to a hold.

I can see the buyer has left feedback.  Make sure you have added the tracking to the sold item which may help to get your funds released.

If you look at 'payments' on your account, there may be a date shown to indicate when your money will be available to withdraw,
